Emerald Isle’s most experienced fishing guide… Young kids and lifelong fishermen alike are welcome aboard for a great fishing adventure. Experience matters and Captain Roy is the most experienced captain in Emerald Isle and is always ready to show you a great time on the water.
You will be fishing on a brand new custom-built, Rambo 27 fishing machine that is set up to get the job done. Its loaded with Garmin electronics and 300 HP Yamaha 4 stroke engine. The boat is fast, comfortable and safe.
As an experienced fishermen, Captain Roy constantly watches the weather which means that he’s always got a plan, whatever the weather may be.
When you’re fishing with Captain Roy you’ll mainly target the fish that are running that time of the year which results in a higher success rate. Inshore target fish include Red fish, Sea mullet, Flounder, Black drum and others. Ocean charters target the likes of Black Sea Bass, Grouper, Snapper, Amberjack, Bonito, Cobia, Spanish and King Mackerel , Mahi Mahi and more.
On these trips you'll often use fresh caught live bait which the captain will provide before or during the trip.
When you return to the dock he’ll clean your catch for you.

Things you need to bring include drinks, snacks and suncrean- no spray - With these in hand, all you need to do is hop aboard and allow Captain Roy to take you to some of the best fishing spots on North Carolina’s coast!
