We cater to families.
Appreciate a expansive view of our waterway. This entirely furnished condo comes with a full-size kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of cooking and dining silverware. Televisions are supplied in the living room and the master bedroom. Our deck overlooks the marina with elegant sunset vistas! It also provides a great place to savor a cup of coffee, sip a glass of wine, or just relax in the sun with a good book. Conveniences include linens, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, coffee maker and filters, washer/dryer, WIFI, on-site parking
The master bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed and private bath. The second bedroom has bunk beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. Second bath is in hallway. Skylights add plenty of light to our well-appointed kitchen. Room for your boat just off the back deck.
Beach towels are supplied for your enjoyment.
Bring a want to appreciate the beach....or the pool...or just calming on the deck.
FYI...we have a camera on the front deck by the parking space. There are NO cameras any other place.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. Anchorage Marina and Triple S Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Havelock attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • The sooner your group can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.

  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
