The townhome comes entirely appointed for family comfort and carefree coastal living. In the mornings, start your day with a cup of coffee on the private balcony. In the evenings, fire up the grille for a fresh seafood feast out on the back patio. The full kitchen is equipped with all the major appliances and accessories you'll need for simple at-home meal prep. Intelligent TVs are equipped in the living room and primary bedroom. When to book & When to go:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Havelock area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
• Property management companies sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance. • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would back home.
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected everything. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
• Did you have a wonderful vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
