Magnificent oceanfront artist-owned condo.. This fourth floor 3 Bed, 2 bath condo has unobstructed expansive ocean vistas from nearly every room. Walk-in tile shower in master bath. Kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. Incredible sunrise/sunset vistas from the furnished, covered balcony. Directly across from Publix and Food Lion grocery stores.

Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Emerald Plantation and Salty Air Open Market. Cost saving strategies:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Havelock area. Booking your vacation home in the Spring or Fall is a good way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.

  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent feedback to propel more bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
