Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, TV, a Full Bath and a balcony with great Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and access to a modest balcony overlooking the tennis courts. Bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds and access to a modest balcony overlooking the tennis courts. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
