404 West Sound of the Sea is a 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Oceanfront condo that boast awesome vistas of the pristine ocean. It is elegantly decorated and has a marvelous view! The Living Area has a Generous Flat Screen TV, Queen Sleeper Couch and direct access to the covered deck with table, chairs & loungers. Dining area accepts seating for 4. Kitchen/Bar Area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave & washer/dryer for your convenience. Master Bedroom #1 with Queen, Flat screen TV and full bath along with an oceanview deck access. Bedroom #2 has Twin Beds and a Flat Screen TV. Full Bath. 3 Flat Screen TVs, CD Player & 2 DVD Player¡s. Apple Kicker for your iPhone or iPod and Beach Chairs.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Some owners offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance.
