Living Area has surround decks with pool & ocean vistas. Generous Dining Area with oceanfront deck and outdoor furnishings including lounge chairs & ottoman, table and 4 chairs! Kitchen/Bar Area has microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has King Bed, private bath & private deck access. Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed and private bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen. Bedroom #4 has two Twins. Bedroom #3 and #4 have a shared bath. Central Heat & Air. 5 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player, CD Player. Washer/Dryer.

• Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserve your vacation in the Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
• In the Havelock area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses.
