Summer Winds C-222 is a handsomely decorated Direct Oceanfront Corner Condo that sleeps 8. 180 degree vistas. Upscale furnishings and paintings, Italian ceramic tiles in all rooms and bathrooms. Living Area has surround decks with pool & ocean vistas. Generous Dining Area with oceanfront deck and outdoor furnishings including lounge chairs & ottoman, table and 4 chairs! Kitchen/Bar Area has microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has King Bed, private bath & private deck access. Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed and private bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen. Bedroom #4 has two Twins. Bedroom #3 and #4 have a shared bath. Central Heat & Air. 5 Color Cable TVs, DVD Player, CD Player. Washer/Dryer.

Located in Salter Path, this condo is by the ocean. Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Country Club of the Crystal Coast are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Flatwaters Paddling and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Emerald Isle Adventures and The Sweet Spot are also worth visiting.

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Reserve your vacation in the Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
  • In the Havelock area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your rental property six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Havelock area magazine when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to confirm you have not forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
