DESCRIPTION:
This second-row home is so close to the beach access your Footprints will be in the Sand in no time! This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with access to a private pool club and a private pool is ideal for the visiting family or a few couples that just need to feel the sand in their feet and hear the ocean waves roll in.
The main living room level of this home is the level you will enter as you walk up the elegant staircase... the kitchen is generously refreshed, appointed, and open to the living room. The living area has a new TV for viewing... if you are able to take your gaze from the handsome scenery outside... which may include seeing dolphins playing around in the sea! The guest room on this level offers two twin beds while the full bathroom is just off the hall.
The next level has a giant master suite with ocean vistas in every direction! There is a King bed, new T.V., and private bath with soaking tub and separate shower. The additional bedroom down the hall offers a Queen bed, ocean vistas, and has access to the hall bathroom. The full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located next to these bedrooms. As part of the Spinnaker’s Reach Promise all bed linens are laundered between guests, even the comforters.
There is a gorgeously landscaped, fenced back yard that also has a very usable outdoor shower. The living room level deck is gorgeously furnished for one to either comfortably rock as they listen to the waves or dine al fresco... or both! Access to the Emerald Isle Beach and Pool club is supplied in your reservation even though you will have access to a private pool! You are able to use the pool and take advantage of their many amenities such as towel service and poolside refreshments. The pool club is just a few steps away and will really make you feel as if you are visiting at your favorite resort.
The Dolphin Ridge beach access is literally across the street. You cannot get this close without being oceanfront!

About the Area
Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Emerald Forest Golf and Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Salty Pirate Water Park and Emerald Isle Adventures.
