Elegantly decorated 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath half-duplex. Sleeps 6. A sizable open floor plan which is great for entertaining. We've always wanted our slice of the sand to call our own. We've decorated the home to fit our own needs knowing it will also fit yours. We've included a Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker (full carafe or single serve), top quality knives, mixer, crockpot, air fryer, gas grille, and all we can imagine you will need to prepare your favorite coastal meal and drinks.

In the great room is a 65" 4K TV and each bedroom includes a 32" tv. Appreciate YouTubeTV so you don't miss any sporting events. The kids can bring their gaming devices to hook up in their bedroom or they can watch a Netflix movie while Dad is watching sports upstairs.

The beach is a short walk (3 mins.) with newly refreshed public access.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is near the beach. Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier and Emerald Forest Golf are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Croatan National Forest and Pocosin Wilderness. Finding your perfect vacation home:

  • In the Havelock area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your rental home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • Summer is high season in Emerald Isle. Booking your Havelock vacation home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a great time? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
