Expansive 15’ x 41’ oceanfront saline swimming pool (shared). Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week. Oceanfront hot tub on each side. Roomy, four-level home featuring three oceanfront BRs including two primary bedroom suites, one on top floor with K, ensuite bath with soaker tub and private oceanfront deck. Ground level game room with ping-pong and foosball tables, mini refrigerator and full bath. Well appointed kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. Washer/dryer, water softener, 6 Intelligent TVs with Spectrum cable app (living area and primary bedroom have Roku and DVD players), wireless Internet access, electric fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Recently refurbished in 2022 including new kitchen appliances, living room furnishings and refreshed baths. Covered and open decks with porch furnishings on all three levels. Gas grille, picnic table, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, boardwalk to the beach with outside shower. Unlimited ocean vistas. Rent both sides for the ultimate, huge family gathering. No smoking. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, , and reduced traffic.   • In the Havelock area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let burglars ruin your holiday.
  • At departure, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great time? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was great, they would love to hear it. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
