Expansive 15’ x 41’ oceanfront saline swimming pool (shared). Heated pool is available for an additional $600 per week. Oceanfront hot tub on each side. Roomy, four-level home featuring three oceanfront BRs including two primary bedroom suites, one on top floor with K, ensuite bath with soaker tub and private oceanfront deck. Ground level game room with ping-pong and foosball tables, mini refrigerator and full bath. Well appointed kitchen with granite countertops and dishwasher. Washer/dryer, water softener, 6 Intelligent TVs with Spectrum cable app (living area and primary bedroom have Roku and DVD players), wireless Internet access, electric fireplace, ceiling fans throughout. Recently refurbished in 2022 including new kitchen appliances, living room furnishings and modernized baths. Covered and open decks with porch furnishings on all three levels. Gas grille, picnic table, enclosed hot/cold outside shower, boardwalk to the beach with outside shower. Unlimited ocean vistas. Rent both sides for the ultimate, huge family gathering. No smoking. Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Summer time is high season in the Havelock area. To get the best value, consider changing your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer great weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property managers often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for more information.

  • Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let crooks ruin your vacation.
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
