Turner’s Corner is charmingly located directly across from the boardwalk, just a short walk to the gorgeous beaches of the acclaimed “Point” neighborhood! Known for its broad sandy beaches on the ocean side and gentle shores leading to the sound, “The Point” offers the ideal backdrop for long walks through untouched nature and beautiful sunsets (check it out on Google Earth). This home is just a stone’s throw away from the beach, with only oceanfront properties being closer.

This cavernous home features 3 bedrooms plus a additional room with double bunk beds, comfortably accommodating 8-10 guests. There’s also a pullout couch in the living room for additional sleeping space. Unwind on the huge covered porch with rockers, where you can appreciate vistas of the ocean.

Filled with natural light, the home features an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, making it painless to access the kitchen, dining area, bedrooms, additional room, and bathrooms—all on one level. The freshly refreshed kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, soft-close cabinets, and an island with seating, along with a dining table that seats 8.

Entertainment is simple with 5 flat-screen ROKU SMART TVs (in the living room, each bedroom, and the additional room) and cable and Wi-Fi throughout. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer on the main floor and a well-supplied kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, French door refrigerator, Keurig, and traditional coffee maker.

Savor the outdoors with an enclosed outdoor shower and a charcoal grille. Linens (linens, bath towels, kitchen towels) included. Starting 2025- beds will be made upon arrival.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. To find the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses.
