This 2nd floor BEACHFRONT studio condo with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS is located in Atlantic Beach's newest Beachfront building. The unit location within the complex is indicated in the aerial photo. The unit offers a "Peekaboo" Ocean View from the front window with a shared balcony as shown in the photos. Feel peaceful walks, shelling, sunbathing, surf fishing, and sunset walks on on 600 ft of Pristine SECLUDED BEACH. The Coastal Bicycle Path is also available for running, bicycle rides, and walking. Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c unit. This is a SMOKE-COMPLIMENTARY Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

The interior features a queen bed, queen futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Ideal for couples, singles, and families with modest kids. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

This is a beachfront complex but your unit is located on the outward side of the building facing neighboring complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. Have the convenience of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can savor Ocean vistas from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos).

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Free WiFi is supplied for your convenience. Many local eateries/stores are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional eateries, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

Ideal hideaway for a charming weekend, or a family getaway ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the ocean waves .... walk the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the kids ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our ocean waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... - This is a SMOKE COMPLIMENTARY COMMUNITY. (There are 2 designated smoking areas on either side of the property).
- Family Animals and Animals are not allowed per Homeowners Rules.
- Max 4 guests including infants. (Max 3 adults recommended).
- 2 cars max.
- No boats or trailers allowed to park on the premises.
- Pool open seasonally subject to management's discretion (usually May to early October)
- Facilities only for registered guests to include beach access, pool, and parking area.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this apartment is near theme parks and on the beach. Country Club of the Crystal Coast and Anchorage Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Big Rock Stadium or Cougar Stadium. When to go & When to reserve a rental home:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Havelock area. Reserve your Havelock rental home in the Spring or Fall to get the benefit of gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• In the Havelock area, The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved early. Reserving your vacation home six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. • Be respectful. Frequently, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
• Keep your rental home locked while you're away! Don't let thieves ruin your trip.
• When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Leave feedback! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to inspire new reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to remedy it.
