Barefoot Beach Club is a triplex property, located between the sound and the ocean. With this listing, you'll have the entire top floor. Full kitchen, two full bathrooms, two master king bedrooms, additional room with dual twin trundle and queen murphy bed, additional queen murphy bed in massive living room, dining room, multiple desks for work needs, laundry in unit, beach outdoor shower. Home away from home!

Parking:
If there is no reservation in the other units, please feel complimentary to use the entire driveway. It will fit six cars. However if there is another reservation, please be sure to park your car(s) on the left of the driveway, leaving the right side for the other unit. The driveway fits a total of six cars, so if you were to have more than three, you can park in the street as well.

Note: As with any coastal home, you may encounter occasional bugs due to the wet and humid climate. We maintain a regular pest control schedule and ensure professional cleaning between stays. Seeing a bug will not result in a refund.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. Sticking to your budget:

  • To find the largest rental for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at Havelock restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. You'll need to work out which bed configuration is best for your group.

  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with a disability. Make certain to ask about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
