Beach Dreams West is really a dream come true for a family of beach goers! This 4-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Duplex is the ideal place to spend a getaway in Emerald Isle. High Speed Wireless Internet Access Supplied! Water Softener! The ocean vistas are beautiful and are really something to dream about.

Ground Level: Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower under deck. Bedroom #1 has 2 Queen Futons and a Flatscreen TV with a DVD Player. Laundry Room with a Washer/Dryer.

Level One: Bedroom #2 has a King Bed and access to the Oceanfront deck. Bath off of the Hallway. The Kitchen features, among other appliances, a Gas Stove, a Microwave and a Dishwasher. The Dining Area contains a table that seats six. The Living Area has a Flatscreen TV and a DVD Player. Doors open to the Deck off of the Living Area. At the end of the Boardwalk to the Beach, a rustic Gazebo awaits. From there one can appreciate the breath-taking Ocean View.

Level Two: Bedroom #3 is Oceanview and has 2 Double Beds. Bedroom #4 is Oceanview and has a Queen Bed. There is a Full-Bath off of the Hallway.

Conveniences include: Central Heat/Air, a Washer/Dryer, a gas Grille, High Speed Wireless Internet Access, a Water Softener, an Oceanfront Deck, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, 3 Flatscreen TVs, 3 DVD Players, an Outdoor Showers, a Beach Boardwalk, and a Gazebo. Appreciate the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Some property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.
