Located at the very end of the building, beach access is within simple walking distance just around the building. Near your stay, appreciate visiting the North Carolina Aquarium At Pine Knoll Shores, Fort Macon State Park, and Lost Treasure Golf & Raceway.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this condo is on the beach. Fort Macon State Park and Beaufort Historic Site are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Country Club of the Crystal Coast and Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting.

  • Summer time is high season in the Havelock area. Booking in Spring or Fall is one of our best tips for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance protection.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it.
