Atlantic Breeze North is the ideal place to get away and savor the ocean. Recently modernized and completely supplied, this cute little space has everything you may need!

- Two designated parking spots are supplied.

- Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath space is entirely outfitted.

- Grand front porch with adirondack and lounge chairs

- Full kitchen including a coffee pot, french press, pots/pans, & dishes.

- Well supplied with appliances (full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, toaster and washer/dryer)

- Living area includes a 55 inch flat screen Roku TV (Netflix & Disney+ included). Please note we do not have cable due to the amount of streaming services supplied

- Queen Mattresses (highly rated memory foam bed), additional blanket, and a box fan available in each room

- Intelligent Plugs and Lamps in bedrooms

- Roku Intelligent TV within each bedroom

- High-speed WiFi

- Pet friendly for friendly family pets! Non-returnable pet fee of $150 applies. Family Animals MUST be added to your reservation during the booking process to incorporate the pet fee into the total price. Limit is (normally) 2 dogs; no other animals allowed. - We supply bed linens & bath towels. Beach towels NOT supplied.

- We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a couple nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this cottage is near the beach. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and North Carolina Maritime Museum are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Coral Bay Shopping Center and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. Traveling with kids? Consider Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway and Mount Maker Charters. Get the most from your spending budget:

• Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To find the most suitable rental for your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Havelock restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Some owners offer rate reductions for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property managers often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
• Often, rental management companies supply Havelock area visitors guide magazines which include special offers, either offered directly by local companies, or through a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.

• Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, television set or washer/dryer. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents lots of issues.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome visitors bothering your peaceful home life. Use the golden rule for best judgement. Happy residents may even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have never otherwise known about!
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
• Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let burglars ruin your trip.
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a wonderful stay? Most rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
