Summer Winds 221 is a attractively decorated Direct Oceanfront Condo with tile floors throughout and great ocean vistas from many places within the condo. The Living Area has tons of seating, Flat Screen HD TV, and direct access to the covered deck with extraordinary vistas of the glistening Atlantic Ocean. Sizable Dining Area has seating for 6, with additional seating available in the Living Room and Kitchen Bar. The Kitchen and Bar combo is equipped with a microwave & dishwasher and a Keurig coffee maker, with seating and plenty of counter space. Master Bedroom #1 has King Bed, Full bath & private deck access. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twins. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bath.

NOTE for All Units: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes stairway work. All elevators are operational.
