Village West #20 is a charming oceanside 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with elegant ocean vistas from the master bedroom (Located on Floor 3). The up-and-coming Village West Community features a community pool, bathhouse, grilling area, and open green space as well as close by retail stores and dining! This property also has a private elevator and Interior Washer/Dryer!

Floor #1: Recreation Room with Queen Sleeper Couch (Linens are NOT Supplied for Sleeper Couch) and attached Full Bathroom with shower.

Floor #2: Living Area, Full Kitchen, and a Half Bath/Powder Room

Floor#3: Bedroom #1 - Master King, Attached Bathroom with Shower and Double Vanity, Ocean Vistas. Bedroom #2 - Queen Bed, Attached Bathroom with Shower/Tub. Additional Flex Room - with 2 Twin Bunk Bed Sets.

Additional Conveniences: 5 Intelligent TVs, Covered Deck with Deck Furnishings, Ceiling fans, Interior Washer/Dryer, Totally Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, Fridge with Attached Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, and Toaster Oven!

Linens and towels are included with beds made for weekly stays only.

Rents from Saturday to Saturday.

Nightly units are allowed with a 2-nighttime minimum stay (off-season only).

Family Animals Accepted - Up to 2 dogs with Pet Fee of $200 + tax per dog; 3rd Dog allowed for additional Pet Fee of $350 + tax. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Community Conveniences: Community has Pool (Pool is typically open from late May to late October, weather permitting), Grills Access (Bluewater Cannot Guarantee Complex/Community Conveniences will be in Service During the Time of your Stay).

When to reserve a Havelock rental home & When to go:

  • Summer is high season in the Havelock area. To find the largest rental within budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Havelock restaurants, beaches, and activities.
  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.
