* Following your check out the property will be cleaned and inspected for damages, excessive wear & tear or additional cleaning/laundry.
* If additional charges are incurred with our cleaning and maintenance team, for additional cleaning, moving of furnishings or damages; these will be charged to you.

Located in Emerald Isle, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area and Croatan National Forest reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Flatwaters Paddling and Emerald Isle Adventures. The Sweet Spot and Emerald Forest Golf are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including wildlife walks.

• To find the best rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Havelock restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.

Reserving your vacation property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
