Village West #16 is a charming 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with a ground-floor additional room and enchanting ocean vistas. The up-and-coming Village West Community features a community pool, bathhouse, grilling area, and open green space as well as close by retail stores and dining! This property also has a private elevator and Interior Washer/Dryer!

Each bedroom has a queen bed for a total bed count of two queens.

Linens and towels are supplied with beds made for weekly stays only.

When to book & When to go:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the largest rental for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Havelock restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
