Village West #16 is a handsome 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom townhome with a ground-floor additional room and elegant ocean vistas. The up-and-coming Village West Community features a community pool, bathhouse, grilling area, and open green space as well as close by retail stores and dining! This property also has a private elevator and Interior Washer/Dryer!

Each bedroom has a queen bed for a total bed count of two queens.

Linens and towels are supplied with beds made for weekly stays only.

  • The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
  • Summertime is the most expensive season in the Havelock area. To book the largest rental home within budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
