Up to 2 dogs allowed with All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - no fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Linens and towels are supplied with beds made for Weekly stays.

Rents Weekly Saturday - Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2 nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season, last min. during In Season.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Havelock restaurants, tours, and activities.
• The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
• Property management companies frequently offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance.
