DESCRIPTIONS:

At Last is a sizable, 2nd row beach home with spectacular vistas from all levels, private pool, and an elevator.. There are furnished, covered decks at each entry point for one to sit back and watch the waves roll in.

As you enter the ground level, the rec-room with regulation-size pool table is on the left and a roomy garage with the 2nd refrigerator is to your right. Just behind the stairway is the elevator that services all three levels. Also on this level is a guest room furnished with a daybed and trundle that has its own private bath.
The 2nd level is the main sleeping area. This level offers 2 guest rooms with ocean vistas and private baths as well as an additional guest room offering a Queen bed and private bath. The refreshed theater room offers seating for all and access to all of the usual streaming services.
Heading up to the next level your eyes will first land on the expansive vistas just out the wall of windows ahead. The open concept offers plenty of space either around the dining table, kitchen bar, or calming in the adjacent living room. The kitchen is well equipped for any size group. Hiding behind the kitchen is the full sized laundry room, and half bath. The guest rooms on this level both offer private baths and are furnished with King and Double beds. Upon arrival you can rest assured that all of the beds have been made with Spinnaker’s Fresh Bed Promise.

  • Upon check-out, complete a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
