This stunningly appointed 10 bedroom, 11 full and 1 half bath oceanfront home overlooks the Atlantic from the pristine dunes of Emerald Isle. Kick up your feet on the open and covered decks in a rocker or lounge chair and soak up the sun and the sounds of the sea. If swimming in the ocean isn¡t your style, slip into the roomy 15' x 33' oceanfront pool or the 6-person hot tub. The Pool can be heated for an additional $650/week + tax; Note: If the temp goes below 55 the pool heat pump will not work. This lavish home can make multiple families feel right at home with six oceanfront master suites.
Ground Level: Parking, Garages and elevator to all levels.
Level One: Theater room with Big Projection screen TV and surround sound system. The Game room is packed with Ping Pong Table, Pool Table, wet bar with ice maker and lounge area with Flat Screen TV. Game Room also has a refrigerator. Direct access to the Outdoor Pool is located directly off the Game Room. The Outdoor Pool overlooking the ocean also has an enclosed Kitchen that can be accessed from the Pool Area - supplied with a side by side Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher and Microwave. Kitchenette on level one has a Fridge, Sink, Ice Maker, and Microwave.
Level Two: The bright and open living area sits atop wood floors and features a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and opens to the oceanfront covered deck. The dining table seats twelve and the wrap around kitchen bar seats eight. The cavernous gourmet kitchen is nothing short of well-equipped; Stainless steel appliances include a double wall oven, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges and freezers, freestanding ice maker and wide granite countertops and island provide plenty of space to mix your favorite drink or whip together a fresh seafood dinner. Directly off the Kitchen is a Half Bathroom and Office area with an ocean view and comfortable couches. The first of 6 master suites is on this level. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, private bath, flat screen TV, BluRay Player, Whirlpool Tub, stand alone shower and sweeping natural light. Bedroom #2 is also an oceanfront room with 2 twin bunk beds, private bathroom.
Level Three: Bedroom #3 is a corner oceanfront master suite with a king bed, private bath, flat screen TV, Whirlpool Tub, stand alone shower and oceanfront deck access. Bedroom #4 is an oceanfront master suite with a king bed, private bath, flat screen TV and oceanfront deck access. Bedroom #5 is a vaulted oceanfront master suite with a King bed, private bath, flat screen TV and oceanfront deck access. Bedroom #6 is a corner oceanfront master suite with a king bed, private bath, flat screen TV, Whirlpool Tub, stand alone shower and Oceanfront deck access. Finishing our the sleeping quarters on this floors is Bedroom #7 is an interior room with a queen bed, private bathroom and flat screen TV. Bedroom #8 has a TV and a king bed.
Level Four: A Totally Equipped Gym is located at the top floor with tons of machines, complimentary weights and equipment for those who want to continue their exercise routine while on vacation. Aside from snoozing to the sounds of the ocean, Level Four offers another way to relax during your stay. Rounding out the second floor of this majestic home is a private cedar-paneled sauna room to give you the ultimate in a opulent vacation escape. A Full bathroom is located directly off the Gym area as well as an additional room. Bedroom #9 is located directly off the Gym and Sauna Area and has a King bed, flat screen TV, Full Private bathroom and handsome ocean vistas. Bedroom #10 has one queeen bed.
