Savor the impressive ocean scenery while taking in the smells of the fresh salt air from the covered outdoor decks! The Lawn at this property is ideal for outdoor games. There is a Basketball hoop located in the driveway and pool basketball is also available. There are also other Games and books available at the property and it is just a two min. walk to the beach (beach access directly in front of the home in front of us).

Separate exterior laundry room with beach chairs/games. Outdoor cushioned seating area wwith lights. Hot/Cold enclosed outdoor shower. Pool with outdoor furnishings/chaise lounges.

Floor 2: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick, and deck access. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick, Interior door to shared full bath, and deck access. Bedroom 3: Queen bed, twin bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick. Bedroom 4: Full bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick. Full Bath #1 with walk-in shower and double sinks. Full Bath #2 with tub/shower combination.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Emerald Isle. Booking in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Some hosts and property managers offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
