This delightfully decorated home is the ideal place to spend your vacation at the beach. Carolina has a Community Pool just a short walk away, or relax on your way to the pool with the two private Electric Golf Carts at your use. Please Note the town of Emerald Isle has a rule in place that states golf carts are not to be driven on Coastguard Road. This home also features a Game Room with a Pool Table and Foosball Table. Take advantage of the handsome outdoor space and set up the Corn Hole Boards outside or play a friendly game of basketball for an evening of family fun! This home is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.

During your stay appreciate access to the Private Emerald Isle Beach and Pool Club which includes: A gourmet eatery with unique menu choices Full ABC permits Private Outdoor Swimming Pool Private Beach Access Shower and Changing Facilities Game Room Social Activities (This is valid May-September)

The Game Room is ideal for some friendly, family competition with a Pool Table, Foosball Table, Flat Screen TV, Sectional Couch, Bathroom and Direct Access to the Covered Patio and Hot Tub area. The Covered Patio offers a bubbling Hot Tub, Outdoor Shower and a Tiki Bar waiting for your next mixed drink! Additionally, savor streaming your favorite music to highlight that vacay vibe with the Bluetooth stereo inside and out by the hot tub and Tiki bar!

Level One: The broad open concept Living Area ideally blends the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas for the ideal family gatherings. Use the Alexa speaker included for your music selections and weather info, the charging station for your phones, and plenty of puzzles and games for rainy days! The Living room has comfortable seating, Flat Screen Intelligent TV with access to apps including Hulu Plus, Nextflix and more, and direct access to the outdoor Deck. The deck is partially covered and has 2 teak chaise lounges, 4 Adirondack chairs, a wicker couch with 2 matching chairs and a sizable table that seats 8. This deck is the most frequently cited luxury by guests as a favorite place to chat with family and friends, and observe the diverse wildlife of the wetlands in the back of the property. The Gourmet Kitchen and Dining Area host seating for 8 and additional seating for 5 at the Kitchen island. With the cavernous Kitchen and generous counter-tops - there will never be too many cooks in the Kitchen! Located off the Main Living Area Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and TV. This bedroom has it's own bathroom that can also be accessed from the kitchen.

Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and TV. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and TV. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed and TV. Bedroom #5 has two Twins. Each pair of bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom. An added additional on this level is the modest private balcony overlooking the wetlands pond - ideal for appreciating your morning coffee! To make your waterside stay even more enchanting, home is equipped with Dynatrap, an insect trap for insects and mosquitoes. Additionally, this season the yard is also protected by Mosquito Defense Service supplied by TrueGreen.
