Beaufort Historic Site and Core Creek Bridge are local landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Arts and Things Gallery and Morehead Plaza Shopping Center. North Carolina Maritime Museum and North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores are also worth visiting.
