This is a top floor, oceanfront corner unit, which means that no one will be above you and additional windows for additional brightness. There are many upgrades throughout our unit, but most importantly the view is spectacular. One of our favorite hobbies is to sit on the balcony and watch for dolphins. We have even seen whales!
The Ocean Club offers two pools and spas, a kids's pool and cabana, and a fishing pier. There is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to discover the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available close by.
Take time to appreciate Morehead city and Beaufort as well as going to Shackleford Banks to visit the wild horses. The NC aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is only 5 miles away.
With 1 King size bed, 1 Queen size bed, a double bunk bed, and a queen sleeper, there are plenty of places to rest your head! There are great vistas of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony relax, and watch the boats and dolphins go by! Our building is equipped with an elevator.
Please call (919) 367-9963 for any questions.
Thanks

How to find the best Indian Beach vacation property experience:
Getting the most from your budget:
- In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
- Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To find the largest rental within your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Havelock restaurants, tours, and activities.
- Some property management companies offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
- Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
- Often, rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Havelock area visitor guide magazines which will include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Havelock area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
How to pick the best vacation home:
- To start, have your group agree to dates and a spending budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the configuration you need. Ocean Club B301--Corner, Top Floor Oceanfront Condo has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed counts is almost always accessible online. Otherwise, email the property management company before booking the vacation home. Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You will need to work out which bed configuration is right for your vacation.
- Some rentals allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask your host about your furry family members before booking.
- Visiting for a specific attraction? Try a map search to find nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. .
Considerations for your stay:
- Review arrival and departure procedures before leaving home. Add a note with the directions to your phone, and take a printed copy.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
- Lock your vacation home while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
- To ensure that damages are not linked to your family's visit, note any problem areas upon check in. Speak to the rental manager immediately to record any issues. If there is a dispute about who is responsible, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be useful.
- Be respectful. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your group have a excellent stay? Many rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
