Bed sizes include: 4 Kings, 1 Queen with 2twins in adjoining room, 1 Queen, 1 Full bottom with single top bunk. Movie room, game room with ping pong and wet bar and drink refrigerator, additional refrigerator, two laundry areas and front and back decks surrounded by live oak trees. Great backyard with outdoor shower, fire chimney and enormous sectional with umbrella to appreciate after a great day at the beach! Close to eateries, grocery stores and the gorgeous sunsets at the point!

One street over is the Ocean Oak Playground.
