Welcome to Dock of the Bay! Savor being soundfront on the canal with impressive vistas and a private dock while being less than 1000 feet from the beach!
The Ground Level includes an outdoor patio area, lawn, and private canal dock - highlights of the home's features! Inside the main entry leads up to the Middle Level. The Middle Level offers a great room with an inviting living area with comfortable furnishings, a dining area ideal for your meals, and a modern completely equipped kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and blender. Also on this level are Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed, TV, and balcony access, and the first shared Full Bath. The Top Level gives way to Bedroom #2 with a King bed, TV, and balcony access, Bedroom #3 with a Queen bed, TV, and balcony access, and the second Full Bath.
Linens and towels supplied with beds made for weekly stays.

Rents weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2-Nighttime minimum in advance during Off Season and last min. during In Season.
Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
