Ground Level: Hot and Cold Enclosed Outside Shower.
Level One: Living Area, Dining and Kitchen with covered decks and spectacular Ocean vistas. Roomy Kitchen has Microwave and Dishwasher. Bedroom #1 is oceanfront and has a Double Bed. Bedroom #2 is street-side and has a Double Bed. There is a Shared Bath on this Level.
Level Two: Oceanfront Bedroom #3 has 2 Double Beds. Bedroom #4 is oceanfront and has a Queen Bed. Shared Full Bath has shower only.
Additional Conveniences: High Speed Wireless Internet. Central Heat and Air. Open and Covered Decks with picnic table, rocking chairs and furnishings. Savor grilling out on the Weber Charcoal Grille!
