  • In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
  • To find the best value, shift your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.

  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
