Ground Level: Exterior Laundry Room with Washer/Dryer and 2nd Fridge.

Main Level: Wireless High Speed Internet! The Great Room including the comfortable Living Area, accommodating Dining Area, and Totally Equipped Kitchen offer an open, airy space with beautiful Atlantic Ocean vistas throughout! The Living Area provides ample seating, Flat Panel Intelligent TV with access to streaming apps, Sound Bar, and Blu-Ray/DVD Player. The Dining Area seats 6 with additional seating at the Kitchen Bar. Kitchen is completely equipped and includes Coffee Maker, Slow Cooker, Fridge with Attached Icemaker (2nd Fridge in Ground Level Laundry Room), Dishwasher, Microwave, Blender. Off of the Living Area, there are covered and open deck areas with furnishings. An enclosed outside shower with hot/cold water adds to the appeal as well as a Gas Grille. Bedroom #1 and Bedroom #2 are each Oceanside with a King Bed and Flat Panel Intelligent TV with access to streaming apps. Bedroom #3 is Streetside with a Queen Bed and Flat Panel Intelligent TV with access to streaming apps. Bedroom #4 is Streetside with 2 Twin Beds and Flat Panel Intelligent TV with access to streaming apps. There are two Full Bathrooms, one on either side of the Great Room area.

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Havelock attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection.
