Upstairs is a traditional style home with three rooms (3 beds, 2 queen and 1 full) and two full baths. Outside has a roomy screened in porch and then another deck that is not covered so you can appreciate the weather. Downstairs has one sizable room with two full beds and one modest full bath. (No central heat downstairs. Ran off window unit). Outside is a enormous gas fire pit and cooking area with a TV mounted on the wall. Outdoor shower. Enormous driveway that will allow parking for 8 cars. We are about a 5 min. walk from the beach and one mile from the fishing pier. There is a walking path that is accessible from the home for walking and riding bicycles. We have assorted things in the garage that are complimentary to use such as coolers, assorted beach games and a few bicycles.

When to go & When to book:

You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
• The earlier your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
