This handsome Emerald Isle home sits on the ocean side of the island in a private gated community and provides the ideal level of seclusion for a week away!

Ground Level: Game Room with Foosball Table and Patio Access.

First Level: Living, Dining, Full Equipped Kitchen, Deck Access. Bedroom #1 with Queen Bed, TV, Shared Bath Access. Shared Full Bath this level.

Second Level: Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed, TV, Shared Bath Access. Bedroom #3 with Double Bed + Futon, TV, Shared Bath Access. Shared Full Bath this level.

  • Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.

  • Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all belongings at departure. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
