This sound-side condo is a fast walk to the beach and two-and-a-half miles from Circle Regional Beach Access and is appointed with everything you need for an memorable stay at Atlantic Beach. The sunny living area offers comfortable furnishings, a cable-equipped TV, and access out to a furnished screened porch. Back inside, prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine at the attached breakfast bar or the table for four. Recent upgrades include new luxury vinyl plank hard floors and updated bathroom vanities.

Additional amenities include a desk and chair, washer/dryer, dry bar with a drink refrigerator, and complimentary internet access. Additionally, you and your guests can appreciate on-site amenities including three shared, outdoor swimming pools (one sound-side and two oceanside), tennis courts, grilling areas, basketball, and a sound-side fishing dock. At the end of blissful days, savor a short walk to eateries and ice cream.

  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your group.
  • Booking websites usually offer customers an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
