This sound-side condo is a fast walk to the beach and two-and-a-half miles from Circle Regional Beach Access and is appointed with everything you need for an memorable stay at Atlantic Beach. The sunny living area offers comfortable furnishings, a cable-equipped TV, and access out to a furnished screened porch. Back inside, prepare your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen, and then dine at the attached breakfast bar or the table for four. Recent upgrades include new luxury vinyl plank hard floors and updated bathroom vanities.

Additional amenities include a desk and chair, washer/dryer, dry bar with a drink refrigerator, and complimentary internet access. Additionally, you and your guests can savor on-site amenities including three shared, outdoor swimming pools (one sound-side and two oceanside), tennis courts, grilling areas, basketball, and a sound-side fishing dock. At the end of blissful days, appreciate a short walk to eateries and ice cream.

Money saving strategies:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Atlantic Beach. To get the best value, consider shifting your vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, , and reduced traffic.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers usually offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Havelock area magazine when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guides have money saving offers on nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • At Check-in, make note of any issues with the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Practice the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would have never otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Upon check-out, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
