Kolby's Kottage is an adorable 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, sound-front home located in the impressive town of Beaufort. It was constructed over the water and provides pretty vistas of the sound from all four bedrooms!

Total linens includes 3 queens and 2 twins (trundle).

Additional Conveniences: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your streaming and browsing needs. There are 3 Roku-enabled Intelligent TVs with various streaming services available. You will have access to the outdoor deck and private dock area during your stay. Interior Washer and Dryer.

The entirely-equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.

UP TO 2 DOGS ACCEPTED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Units Only; Monthly Units Not Supplied) - no fee! 2 Dog Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their family pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Linens and towels are supplied with beds made for weekly and nightly stays.

Please Note: The dock will accommodate a 35 ft boat parked with ;-motors facing away from the home.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through Vacation Rental By Owner. The card supplied at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Located in Beaufort, this vacation home is on the waterfront. North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Mount Maker Charters.

  • Summer months are high season in the Havelock area. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring months is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • In the Havelock area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance.
