This one-story 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath historic and beautiful beach bungalow in Salter Path has everything you need for a ideal beach hideaway! With freshly modernized pine floors, an in-ground private swimming pool, tile bathrooms, a white picket fence, and opulent decorations - it’s a cozy beauty to behold.
Historically, this bungalow was owned by the Frost Family who ran Frost Seafood House for over 35+ years - a staple in the Salter Path area that is long-since missed! Now, the bungalow is conveniently located within walking distance to attractions such as The Big Oak Drive-In & Bar-BQ, Scoops Ice Cream shop, The Crab Shack, and Anchor Drafthouse (sound front dining). You can also walk straight to the Dollar General for any necessities.
Walk into this striking bungalow and be amazed at the huge inviting living room with exposed beams and comfortable couch + Daybed. This leads you to the sizable Dining table and Totally-supplied kitchen for all of your cooking needs.
Our Roomy King-size bedroom is located on the right side of the home with a master bathroom & a huge shower with two separate sinks. The ideal getaway after a long day in the sun.
We also have a Queen size bedroom with a vanity & a 3rd bedroom with 3 Twins (2 Twin beds on the ground, 1 Twin bed in a bespoke Loft). 2nd Bathroom is full size with a shower and bathtub.
Adorable screened-in front porch with rocking chairs and enormous back deck with a view of the private swimming pool and grille are available for use during your stay. The swimming pool area is also fenced-in with a yard for any family pets.
For beach access, the nearest public access is located only .2 miles away!
