Summer Winds B-235 is a spectacular 2nd floor 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo! Living Room has great ocean and pool vistas and is equipped with a 50" Flat Screen HDTV and DVD Player. Master Bedroom has Sensational Cherry furnishings with King size Bed, Dresser, and 32" Flat Screen HDTV. Master Bath has sizable granite vanity with two sinks and tons of storage. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed. All beds are topped with phenomenal Memory Foam beds. Property has four TVs, two intelligent TVs and 2 color cable TVs.

New linens, rugs, and paint throughout this immaculately maintained unit!

Well-equipped kitchen has all Stainless Steel appliances with full size Washer / Dryer. This calming unit has Plantation Shutters throughout to block out the light for those who like to sleep late!

Rents Weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2-nighttime minimum stay (last min. or off-season only).

• The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
