Appreciate expansive ocean vistas from all three levels, including two master suites—one of which features a extravagant whirlpool bath and an adjacent sitting area with a sleeper couch, ideal for additional guests.
The modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and fashonable tile backsplashes and countertops. Additional amenities include central heat/air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, and a 55" intelligent TV in the great room, along with three additional 32" intelligent TVs throughout the duplex. Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
Step outside to appreciate the hot/cold enclosed shower, charcoal grille, and triple decks furnished for relaxation and entertaining.
