Location: Just two rows from the ocean, this striking single-family home offers gorgeous ocean vistas and direct beach access at the end of the driveway. Appreciate the exhilarating 14’x24’ private pool, ranging from 2.5 to 5 feet deep (note: the pool cannot be heated). Unwind on the wrap-around decks, complete with comfortable furnishings and picnic tables for outdoor dining.

Outdoor Conveniences: Savor a gas grille, an enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience.

• Walk through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Remember to leave a review! Property owners rely on good ratings to compel more bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to fix it.
