In this family-friendly, classic Carolina oceanfront duplex you'll be treated to the ideal setting for your next family vacation, friends getaway, or fun hideaway. The downstairs deck is outfitted with a huge enclosed hot/cold shower, ample outdoor seating as well as a enormous picnic table, and a privacy partition. As a south-facing property, you'll savor spectacular sunrises and sunsets from the upper and lower decks as well as the dune deck at the far end of the walkway which directly overlooks the beach for appreciating that million-dollar view while sitting and sipping your favorite drink without getting sand in your toes. A few gentle steps down from the dune deck puts you on the charming sandy beach, unlike many properties that have a very long or steep staircase.

The West side has 4 bedrooms (5 beds) and 2 baths and sleeps 9, three of the 4 bedrooms have striking ocean vistas, 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 down, plus a full kitchen and family room, 5 intelligent TVs with Roku streaming and high-speed WiFi accepting you to stream from your favorite streaming account, and USB ports and ceiling fans in every room. It also has both a Keurig and drip coffee pot, brand new Gotham Steel pots and pans, mixers and ice cream maker, toaster, dishwasher, full-depth refrigerator, and full-size washer and dryer, outdoor shower, and additional outdoor rinsing spigot along the walkway to the dune deck.
Additionally, we have supplied sand toys, beach chairs, and body boards so that everybody can appreciate a fun day on the beach without having to lug those items with you from home.
