At this oceanfront condo, the coastal lifestyle and all of the joy and activities that come with it are right at your doorstep.
This unit is as inviting as the ocean breeze, with a fresh, comfortable, and beachy vibe. The open living space leads to the balcony with ocean vistas — where you are likely to spend tons of time! Sip coffee at first light, watch the waves in the distance, and come back in the evening just in time for the sun to dip down over the horizon in a fiery glow. With a dining room, bright white and roomy kitchen and two bedrooms, this ideal locale is the ideal hideaway.
Southwinds is within walking distance of Fort Macon State Park with its myriad of nature trails and pristine beaches. The Atlantic Beach Circle is also close by and has so many cute stores and fine dining for friends in town or a fun nighttime out. If you prefer to stay close to home, swim in one of two pools or marvel at the glory of the surf and the sunset with adored ones. You will never tire of your vistas and access to the Crystal Coast!!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not included. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be supplied with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

- To find the largest rental for your budget, we suggest reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Havelock attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
- Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
- Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.

- Visiting for a single attraction or event? Use a map search to locate nearby properties.
- Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental.

- Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
- Did your family have a great time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
