Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

A-107 Pebble Beach is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath First Floor Oceanfront Condo. The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Couch and a covered balcony with pool vistas and a modest ocean peek. Dining Area has ample seating for 8. Kitchen/Bar has a dishwasher, ice maker & microwave. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full Bath and a covered balcony. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and a modest balcony. Bedroom #3 has a Double/Twin Bunk Set and a modest balcony. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Wet Bar.

  • The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
