Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath and a Balcony. 2 TVs with Cable and 2 Bedroom TVs with DVD Players, Stereo with CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are included with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.
Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly units will be allowed with a 3-nighttime minimum (off-season only).

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
