Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

D-202 Pebble Beach is a 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Second-Floor Oceanfront Condo. The Living Area has a covered oceanfront balcony with outdoor furnishings. Dining Area. Wet Bar. Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.

Additional Conveniences Included: LCD TV with HD Cable, 2 Color Cable TVs,1 DVD Player, Washer/Dryer, Central Heat & Air, Flat Screen TV in Master Bedroom and Living Room.

No Smoking. No Family Animals.

PARKING INFORMATION: All units are included with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 2-nighttime minimum stay, off-season only.

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Havelock area. To book the best rental home within budget, we recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
