Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family get-togethers, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or family pets allowed.

The G Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool & clubhouse which has a weight room. It's also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool!

G-212 Pebble Beach This property is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor End-Unit Condo on two levels. There are only neighbors on one side of this condo and no one above it! Covered deck with furnishings faces indoor/outdoor pool.

Downstairs: Living Area with couch, adore seat and a 42" wall mounted Flat Screen Television. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a Microwave & Dishwasher. Bedroom has a King bed, with a full-bath.

Upstairs: Spiral staircase leads to the Loft bedroom which has a Queen bed and two Twin beds, with a full-bath.

Additional Conveniences: 2 Color Cable TVs, 1 DVD Player, 1 Stereo/CD Player; Stackable Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Private Covered Balcony, Central Air/Heat. High Chair & Porta Crib available.

Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.

Get the most from your rental budget:

  • Summertime is high season in the Havelock area. To find the best rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Havelock attractions.
  • In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental home.
  • Some property management companies offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers usually offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Protect the owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would at home.
  • Re-check every room of the property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at check-out. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide comments.
