Point Emerald Villas is an oceanfront condominium complex in the secluded western end of the island called "The Point". This could be your best choice if beach strolls, surf fishing, photography, surfing or beachcombing for shells are among your favorite things! Only mins. from shopping and eateries, but you still get the feeling you are away from it all! Point Emerald Villas is a gated community with 2 outdoor swimming pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, basketball goals, picnic area, and courtyard grilles. Wooden walkways for simple beach access. No Elevator.

Point Emerald B-305 is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath nearly Oceanfront Condo. High Speed Wireless Internet Supplied! The kitchen/Bar Area is entirely equipped with a coffee maker (Keurig), oven refrigerator with attached ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, Toaster Oven, and slow Cooker. There is also a Intelligent TV, Basic Cable, and Covered Decks with Deck Furnishings!

Complex Amenties: Community Beach Walkway, Outdoor Pool, Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Pickle Ball Courts, Grille Facilities, Coin-Operated Laundry Facility, and Community outdoor showers (Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay).

When to book & When to go:

  • To find the largest rental home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Havelock restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • In the Havelock area, The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation home up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for additional information.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Lock your vacation home while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did you have a wonderful vacation? Many rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
