Summer Winds B-601 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Penthouse Oceanfront condo. The penthouse suite is a private key access floor giving you tons of privacy while on vacation! RELAX and take in gorgeous vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from the covered and uncovered oceanfront balcony. Master bedroom #1 has a King Bed with a Private Bath, Flat Screen TV, and BluRay Player. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed with a shared Bath and a TV. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed with a shared bath and a TV. Full Kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stand-alone ice maker. The roomy Living Room has a Color Cable TV and BluRay DVD Player.

• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Summertime is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To get the best vacation home within your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
• Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to add vacation insurance.
