The primary bedroom features a king bed, and the guest bedrooms have queen beds, providing flexibility for the folks that come with. WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not supplied. If you would like information on beach equipment units, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be included with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a modest bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance complimentary laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one additional trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

About the Area

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Hoop Pole Creek Nature Trail and Theodore Roosevelt Natural Area, while North Carolina Maritime Museum and Core Sound Waterfowl Museum and Heritage Center are cultural highlights. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Professor Hacker's Lost Treasure Golf and Raceway are also worth visiting. Sticking to a budget:

• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at Havelock restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Havelock vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.

• If there's an individual Havelock beach you crave, look for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.

• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your family have a fantastic time? Most rental websites make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
