The Living Area has access to a covered balcony with ocean vistas and a flat-screen TV with ROKU and Spectrum App.Entirely equipped Kitchen/Bar with a microwave, coffee maker & dishwasher. Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, a Full bath and a covered balcony as well as a flat-screen wifi enabled TV where guests will be able to sign onto their personal Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming accounts. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.
Additional Conveniences: There is a flat-screen TV in the living room with ROKU and Spectrum App. There is another flat-screen TV in the bedroom - this is a Intelligent TV that accepts guests to log into their personal Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services.

Rents Weekly from Friday to Friday in 2024, will rent weekly Saturday-Saturday in 2025. Rents nightly with a 3-nighttime minimum stay, off-season only.
Please Note: Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stringently prohibited unless approved by management.
